Terms of membership & use
Version WT-2026.4 · effective 25 August 2026
Montvelle is a brand and service operated by Global Solutions Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("GSM"). These Website Terms govern use of the public website, Montvelle World and member-facing services. For a paid membership they are accepted alongside, and form part of the contractual framework with, the Membership Agreement and Membership Schedule. If documents conflict, the Membership Schedule prevails for that membership, followed by the Membership Agreement, then these Website Terms, except where mandatory law requires another result.
Contract framework and eligibility
Montvelle is a private membership. Membership cannot be purchased on this website. A person may request membership; payment instructions are issued privately only after GSM has completed its admission review and the applicable contractual documents have been provided. Payment does not compel GSM to admit a person or override identity, sanctions, fraud, safety, suitability or compliance checks. Membership activates only when GSM has accepted the membership, the applicable contractual documents have been accepted, required checks are complete, cleared funds have been confirmed and — where a statutory cooling-off period applies — either that period has expired or the consumer has made a separate express request for service to begin sooner. If GSM declines an unactivated membership after payment, GSM will arrange return of membership and admission fees paid for that unaccepted membership, subject to applicable law.
Published fees, annual commitment and future pricing
The website may display the current standard annual membership fee and any admission or onboarding fee. The contractual price is the amount stated in the payment instructions, invoice or Membership Schedule issued to the approved member. Membership is ordinarily a fixed 12-month annual commitment paid in advance, not a month-to-month service, a series of monthly purchases or a pay-per-request arrangement. The annual fee reflects reserved access, service capacity, coordination infrastructure, member technology and the membership relationship throughout the term and is not apportioned by requests made, benefits used or months of active use. GSM may change prices for future new memberships and renewals. A renewal is charged at the price stated in the renewal invitation or Membership Schedule, with notice provided as required by the applicable agreement and law. Nothing on the website guarantees a future or grandfathered price.
Cancellation, cooling-off and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights depend on the member's contracting capacity, location, the Membership Agreement and mandatory law. Where a statutory cooling-off right applies, it is not excluded. A request for service to begin during a statutory cancellation period is a separate express request by the consumer; it is never inferred from acceptance of the Membership Agreement, the Membership Schedule or any other document, and it is never inferred from payment. Where no such request is made, the relevant consumer service does not begin until the cancellation period has expired. If a member expressly asks GSM to begin onboarding or services during that period, GSM may deduct the value of services already supplied where applicable law permits. After any applicable cooling-off period ends, voluntary early cancellation, non-use, dissatisfaction, change of mind or a change in personal, family, business, financial, travel or residence circumstances does not create a contractual right to a refund, credit, pause or pro-rata repayment of the annual Membership Fee. Any exception is limited to mandatory law, an express Membership Schedule term, or the narrow GSM-fault, withdrawal or prolonged-unavailability circumstances stated in the Membership Agreement. Admission/onboarding work, third-party charges and non-refundable supplier costs are treated in accordance with the Membership Agreement and mandatory law.
Consumer and business status
The Membership Schedule identifies whether the contracting member is purchasing principally as an individual consumer or for a business, family office, company, trust, partnership or other entity. Consumer protections that apply only to consumers do not apply to a business or entity purchase unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded because of the purchaser's true contracting capacity or residence.
Account security and authorised instructions
Credentials and private materials must be kept confidential and used only by authorised people. GSM may rely on instructions, approvals and information received through an authenticated account, an approved contact channel or from an authorised household or business delegate until GSM is told that authority has changed. Members must promptly report suspected compromise, unauthorised access, lost credentials or a change in a delegate's authority. GSM may require additional authentication, pause an instruction or temporarily restrict access where security, authority or confidentiality is uncertain. The Member remains responsible for authorised-user and delegate activity within the authority the Member has given them, subject to mandatory law.
Accurate information and Member Default
Members must provide information and instructions that are materially accurate, complete and timely where GSM or a third party is expected to act on them, and must promptly correct anything that becomes inaccurate. If GSM's performance is prevented, delayed or made more costly because the Member, an authorised user or delegate fails to provide required information, gives materially inaccurate or late instructions, misses a deadline, fails to approve a quoted cost, fails to comply with a supplier requirement or otherwise causes the problem, GSM may suspend or resequence the affected work until the issue is corrected and is not responsible for loss or delay to the extent caused by that Member Default. The Member remains responsible for properly authorised third-party costs and cancellation exposure arising from their instructions. Nothing in this clause removes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Reasonable use and requests we may refuse
Membership provides high-touch, request-led access and coordination, but does not promise unlimited dedicated personnel, unlimited simultaneous matters, unlimited research or fulfilment of every request. GSM may refuse, pause, prioritise, sequence or limit a request where it is unlawful, unsafe, abusive, exploitative, discriminatory, misleading, outside the agreed scope, incompatible with professional or regulatory requirements, commercially unreasonable, excessively resource-intensive in the circumstances, repeatedly raised without genuine intent to proceed, or likely to expose GSM, a member or a third party to disproportionate legal, financial, security or reputational risk. GSM may also refuse a request where no suitable provider is available. This discretion will not be used to remove a material paid contractual right contrary to the Membership Agreement or mandatory law.
Community services
Membership may include peer Tables, gatherings, consent-led introductions, knowledge, Decision Rooms, Global Life coordination, request-led sourcing and coordination of external expertise, family learning and other services made available to the applicable membership relationship. Availability can vary by programme, geography, capacity, legal restrictions and the specific commercial terms agreed with the member. No particular event, reservation, introduction, provider, location or outcome is guaranteed.
Request-led service, not a provider directory
Montvelle does not operate a member-facing directory, catalogue or browsable list of suppliers, providers or experts, and membership does not grant a right to browse or contact providers through Montvelle. A member describes what they are trying to achieve; Montvelle researches, sources, checks, coordinates and, where appropriate, introduces external organisations or individual experts in response to that specific need. Any sourcing or credential check is a reasonable coordination step, not an audit, certification, warranty or promise of future performance, and does not create a continuing monitoring obligation unless GSM expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Ask Montvelle and the 24-hour response standard
GSM aims to acknowledge a member request promptly and to provide a meaningful first response within 24 hours — an answer, a real update, checked options, or a clear statement of what happens next. This is a response standard, not a promise of fulfilment, booking, availability or resolution within 24 hours. Complexity, geography and time zones, third-party and regulated processes, emergencies and compliance checks can all extend delivery. Montvelle is not an emergency service.
Expert Councils and Circles
An Expert Council is an on-demand group of independent specialists assembled around a specific member decision. It is not a standing panel or an existing directory, no council exists before a member's need calls for one, specialists remain independent, and no outcome is guaranteed. Where regulated or professional advice is required, the relevant specialist should be separately instructed under that specialist's own engagement terms, professional duties and insurance arrangements. A Circle is a bespoke, consent-led set of relationships that may include members, external peers, professionals or someone the member already knows; inclusion in a Circle does not confer Montvelle membership or any general access.
Authority, coordination and professional advice
GSM cannot bind a member, contract with a third party for a member or incur third-party expenditure beyond express authority or instruction given by that member. When making enquiries on a member's behalf, GSM discloses only the minimum information necessary and does not disclose the member's identity, household context or sensitive details externally without explicit consent unless law requires it. GSM may relay, organise, compare or summarise information received from independent advisers for coordination purposes, but does not thereby verify, adopt, endorse or make that professional advice its own. The member should rely on the adviser's original engagement and advice. Coordinating advisers and providers does not make GSM the member's regulated adviser, agent or fiduciary.
Who sells and who performs
GSM sells, operates and performs the Montvelle membership and services. There is no third-party seller of the membership and no online card checkout for membership. Unless GSM expressly agrees in writing to act as principal for a particular external product or service, the underlying third-party contract is between the Member and the relevant supplier or professional. Membership fees are settled by bank transfer against instructions and a payment reference issued privately to the approved member after admission and acceptance of the Membership Agreement and Schedule. Account details are never published on this website. Taxes and bank charges are dealt with as set out in the Membership Agreement.
Third-party bookings, supplier terms and costs
Hotels, airlines, aviation providers, transport providers, venues, restaurants, schools, healthcare providers, advisers, property providers and other third parties may charge separately and impose their own terms, deposits, cancellation policies, eligibility rules, waivers, refund rules and liability limits. Those supplier terms bind the Member once the Member instructs or contracts with that supplier. Availability, pricing, exchange rates, taxes, duties, local charges and supplier conditions can change until the supplier confirms the booking or engagement. Unless expressly stated in writing, third-party charges are not included in Montvelle membership fees. Cancellation or termination of membership does not automatically cancel a separate supplier contract. GSM is not required to advance or fund a supplier refund from its own resources while a supplier refund, chargeback, insurance claim or other recovery remains outstanding.
Quotes, availability, substitutions and supplier changes
A price, availability statement, proposed itinerary, provider option or other third-party information supplied before confirmation is indicative unless expressly stated to be firm. If a supplier changes price, availability, timing or terms before confirmation, GSM may return to the Member for further authority. Where an identified product, provider or service becomes unavailable, GSM may suggest a reasonable alternative, but the Member decides whether to accept it. GSM is not responsible for a supplier's inaccurate description, pricing error, cancellation, insolvency, overbooking or later change merely because Montvelle relayed the information or coordinated the request.
Travel, health, dietary requirements and higher-risk activities
The Member remains responsible for passports, visas, immigration permissions, vaccinations, travel insurance, government travel advice, entry and transit requirements, personal medical fitness, allergies, dietary requirements and any health or safety information that should be communicated to a supplier. Travel, aviation, sporting, adventure, motor, water, security and other activities may involve inherent risk. The availability of an activity or destination through Montvelle is not a representation that it is safe, suitable or risk-free for a particular Member or guest. Members must make their own sensible risk assessment, follow applicable government and supplier guidance and obtain appropriate professional advice or insurance where needed. A supplier may require a separate waiver, release or participation agreement which is between the participant and that supplier, subject to applicable law.
Pending supplier arrangements after membership ends
Ending or suspending Montvelle membership does not itself cancel a confirmed booking or professional engagement with a third party. Supplier terms continue to apply and amounts already committed remain the Member's responsibility. GSM may, but is not obliged to, continue coordinating, amending or cancelling a third-party arrangement after membership has ended unless the Membership Agreement, Membership Schedule or a separate written arrangement requires it. Requests that have not been confirmed or committed when membership ends may be closed without further work, subject to mandatory law and any specific written commitment already made by GSM.
No guaranteed outcome
Montvelle is designed to improve access, judgement, relationships, coordination and the quality of private life. It does not guarantee clients, funding, investment returns, transactions, introductions, reservations, upgrades, school places, visas, immigration outcomes, medical outcomes, professional results or any other commercial or personal result.
Professional and regulated advice
Montvelle and GSM are not acting as a law firm, investment adviser, broker-dealer, tax adviser, medical provider, immigration adviser, fiduciary, trustee or other regulated professional practice merely by providing membership, introductions, information, research or coordination. Community discussions, software outputs and educational materials are not substitutes for advice from an appropriately qualified professional instructed for the member's own circumstances. A complaint or claim about an independent professional's advice or regulated service should be pursued through that professional's engagement, complaints, regulatory or insurance route. Montvelle may assist with coordination or escalation without assuming that professional's liability.
Introductions, suppliers and commissions
An introduction, a recommendation or the fact that Montvelle has sourced, checked or coordinated a provider is not a warranty, certification or guarantee of that person's advice, conduct, licensing, financial standing, availability or outcome. Unless GSM expressly contracts as the supplier, the member's contract for a third-party product or professional service is with that supplier and the member remains responsible for appropriate due diligence. GSM may have preferred commercial relationships or receive commissions, referral fees, rebates, benefits or other consideration from suppliers. Material arrangements will be disclosed where required by law or applicable Montvelle policy.
Guests, household users and delegates
Members are responsible for ensuring that guests, household users and delegates they invite into a Montvelle event, request, Decision Room or other member activity understand and comply with applicable confidentiality, conduct, safety, supplier and access rules. A guest or delegate does not acquire membership by participating. GSM may remove or restrict a guest, delegate or authorised user whose conduct creates a safety, confidentiality, legal or material reputational risk. A Member is responsible for third-party charges and losses reasonably caused by the conduct of a guest or delegate where the Member authorised or controlled that person's participation, subject to mandatory law.
Conduct and confidentiality
Members, applicants, partners and guests must respect confidentiality, consent, safeguarding, anti-harassment standards, lawful behaviour and the privacy of other people. Scraping, bulk exporting, unauthorised recording, doxxing, unsolicited prospecting, impersonation, credential sharing, circumvention of access controls, malware, unauthorised security testing, reverse engineering beyond a non-waivable legal right, and misuse of confidential member information are prohibited. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to restricted access, suspension or termination.
Family and safeguarding
A person under 18 may not contract directly with GSM. Access involving children or under-18 participants is subject to appropriate parent or guardian authority, age-appropriate permissions and safeguarding controls. GSM may restrict or stop activity where it reasonably believes safety, welfare or legal compliance is at risk.
Information and materials supplied by users
A user remains responsible for information, documents, images, instructions and other material they submit or ask GSM to use. The user warrants, to the extent reasonably applicable, that they are entitled to provide that material and to authorise GSM to process and share it for the instructed purpose. The user must not upload unlawful material, malicious code, material that infringes another person's rights, or confidential information they are not entitled to disclose. The user grants GSM only the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, reproduce, process and transmit submitted material to provide, secure and administer the service, comply with law and protect legitimate rights.
Content and intellectual property
The Montvelle name, marks, site design, editorial material, software, private frameworks and original content are owned by or licensed to GSM unless stated otherwise. Members receive only the limited right needed to use the service under their membership. Private materials may not be copied, republished, reverse engineered, commercially exploited or used to train external models without permission, except where law gives a non-waivable right.
Public website information, links and no reliance
Public website content is provided for general information and may change. GSM takes reasonable care but does not promise that every page, article, translation, price reference, external link or third-party description is complete, current or error-free at every moment. Public content, software-generated material and links to third-party sites are not legal, tax, investment, medical, immigration or other professional advice. A link or reference does not by itself amount to endorsement. Third-party websites and services are controlled by their own operators and their terms and privacy practices apply.
Technology and availability
GSM aims to provide a secure and reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. GSM may maintain, update, suspend or change features where reasonably necessary for security, law, service quality, capacity or product development. Temporary unavailability of a particular feature, supplier, destination, event or channel does not by itself amount to withdrawal of the membership where the overall service remains materially available through reasonable alternatives. GSM is not responsible for a user's inability to connect caused by the user's device, software, internet connection, mobile network or third-party service outside GSM's reasonable control. Material changes to paid contractual rights during a current term are governed by the applicable Membership Agreement and mandatory law.
Compliance, sanctions and prohibited activity
GSM may refuse, delay, restrict or terminate a membership, request, payment, refund or introduction where it reasonably believes continuing could breach sanctions, export controls, anti-bribery law, fraud controls, financial-crime obligations, court orders or other applicable law. Montvelle must not be used to facilitate bribery, corruption, money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, trafficking, prohibited investment activity or other unlawful conduct. GSM may request information reasonably required to assess a compliance concern and may make disclosures to competent authorities where legally required. A payment or refund may be withheld or delayed where making it would itself be unlawful or prohibited.
Suspension and termination
GSM may restrict or end access where terms are breached, fees remain unpaid, payment is reversed, fraud or misuse is suspected, safety or confidentiality is at risk, law requires action, or continued membership would materially threaten the trust, privacy, legal position or integrity of the community. Where GSM terminates for member breach, misconduct, non-payment, sanctions/compliance, safety or another reason attributable to the member, no contractual refund, credit or pro-rata repayment is due after the cooling-off period, subject to mandatory law. Where GSM terminates for convenience without member fault, the fee consequences are limited to those stated in the Membership Agreement. Where appropriate and lawful, significant membership decisions should receive human review.
Business-member indemnity and user responsibility
A business, family office or entity user indemnifies GSM and its officers, employees and contractors against reasonable losses, liabilities, third-party claims and professional costs arising from that user's unlawful instruction, material breach of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, misuse of the service, materially inaccurate information supplied for GSM or a third party to act upon, or unauthorised activity by a delegate or guest for whom that user is responsible, except to the extent caused by GSM's own breach, negligence or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. For an individual consumer, this provision applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory law and only to loss reasonably caused by the consumer's unlawful or deliberately wrongful conduct or material breach.
Liability, mitigation and third-party recoveries
Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation and any non-excludable duty to exercise reasonable care and skill. Liability arising from paid membership is governed primarily by the applicable Membership Agreement, including its aggregate liability cap. Subject to mandatory law, GSM is not responsible for an independent supplier's or professional adviser's acts, omissions, insolvency, negligence, professional negligence, advice, misstatement, cancellation, delay or non-performance merely because Montvelle sourced, introduced, recommended, checked or coordinated that party. A person claiming loss must take reasonable steps to reduce it and may not recover twice for the same loss; compensation or recovery received from a supplier, adviser, insurer, bank or other third party for the same loss will be taken into account where lawful. The public website and general information are provided on an as-available basis and users remain responsible for their own decisions.
Events outside reasonable control
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure in an affected obligation caused by events outside its reasonable control to the extent permitted by law. These can include natural disaster, extreme weather, war, terrorism, civil disruption, epidemic or pandemic, government or regulatory action, sanctions, border or travel restrictions, widespread transport disruption, material utility, telecommunications or cloud outage, cyberattack despite reasonable preventative measures, industrial action, or sudden closure or failure of a material venue or supplier. GSM may extend timescales, use reasonable alternatives, postpone a request or event, or suspend the affected part of the service while the event continues. No compensation is due merely because a particular supplier, destination, event, feature or request is delayed or unavailable where the overall membership remains materially available. If substantially all core services remain continuously unavailable for more than 90 days and no materially reasonable alternative is available, the termination and limited pro-rata remedy in the Membership Agreement applies. Mandatory refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.
Complaints, claims and cooperation
A complaint about Montvelle should be raised through Contact Montvelle as soon as reasonably practicable so GSM has a fair opportunity to investigate and, where appropriate, put matters right. A complaint about a third-party supplier or professional should also be made through that party's own complaints or contractual process where applicable. Users must provide reasonable information and cooperation needed to investigate a material complaint or claim. A delay in notifying GSM affects a claim only to the extent GSM is materially prejudiced by that delay; nothing in this clause shortens a statutory limitation period or removes a mandatory complaint or consumer right.
Assignment, subcontracting and corporate changes
A user may not assign or transfer a paid membership or rights under these terms without GSM's prior written consent. GSM may use employees, affiliates, contractors, technology providers and other subcontractors to perform operational parts of the service and remains responsible for its own contractual obligations to the extent required by law. GSM may assign the paid contractual relationship to an affiliate, successor or purchaser of substantially all of the relevant business or assets, subject to the Membership Agreement, applicable law and without reducing mandatory rights.
Electronic communications and notices
Routine communications, service updates, requests and operational notices may be provided electronically through Montvelle World, the contact details held for the user or another agreed channel. Users must keep contact details current. Formal legal notices for a paid membership must use any notice method or address stated in the Membership Schedule, invoice, Legal Notice or formal GSM correspondence. Acceptance may be recorded electronically together with the applicable document version and timestamp.
Severability, waiver and survival
If a provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified or severed only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure or delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. Provisions which by their nature are intended to continue — including confidentiality, intellectual property, accrued payment obligations, supplier responsibility, indemnity, liability, dispute and data-related provisions — survive expiry or termination where applicable.
Governing law and mandatory local rights
Unless a separate Membership Agreement states otherwise, these Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer, privacy or other rights that apply because of a user's place of residence or other applicable law. The paid Membership Agreement specifies the principal dispute process and forum for a paid membership, subject to mandatory local rights.
Language and changes
Translations are provided for convenience. The English-language version is authoritative to the extent permitted by applicable law. GSM may update these Website Terms and operational policies as the service, law or risk environment changes. Updated terms apply prospectively from the stated effective date. Material changes that affect an active paid membership are handled in accordance with the Membership Agreement, the Membership Schedule and applicable law, and will not be used retroactively to remove a mandatory right.
